to search for your new employees, we guarantee success. Our fees are market-driven and very competitive. For 90 day temp to perm employees we charge a mark-up based on the hourly rate as our fee. For employees hired permanently without a probationary period we charge flat fee that is a percentage of the expected annual wages.
we are the employer of record during the usual 90 day temp to perm period. For our markup we provide all of the up-front services such as advertising, interviewing, criminal background checking, drug screening, reference checking and verification of skills. We do all of the payroll administration during this period including weekly pay to the employee. We pay all State and Federal employer payroll taxes and are responsible for any eventual Unemployment insurance claims. We carry the maximum Workers Compensation insurance available. We also carry major General Liability insurance coverage. If you are dissatisfied with the performance of any employee for any reason, the employee can be replaced at no charge to you with just a phone call. We handle all of the employee contact and discipline issues.
