Our recruiters

will do their very best to make sure you find the opportunity you are looking for. We will be up front with you about the prospects of immediate employment based on your qualifications and our existing job orders. Our aim is to get you working as fast as possible and we will not waste your time. If we think you are qualified for the jobs we have available, we will meet with you at our office and carefully explain the opportunity so you can decide if the job is right for you.

Most of our jobs are

temp-to-hire meaning you are hired on a probationary basis for up to 90 days. All of our jobs are full time, 40 hour/week plus available overtime positions. We do not do day labor jobs or short term temp jobs. During that time you can see if the position and the employer are right for you. At the same time, our Client can assess your skills and determine if the fit is right. If all goes well, you will be offered permanent employment with the client sometimes before the probationary period is up.

During the first 90 days

you will be on our payroll and we will be the employer of record during that time. We pay every week and do not hold back any monies for any period of time. There is no fee to you for our services. Our Client pays us directly for our services. We pay you at the rate of pay set by the employer and agreed to by you at time of hire. We do not collect any fees from you.

You receive your pay each week by check (either mailed or picked up at our office) or by direct deposit to your bank account.
